About the programme
SLITAD has conducted the Certificate in Training and Human Talent Development since 1998. The programme focuses on developing professional competency in HRD and T&D for positive organisational outcomes. It is developed principally to meet industrial requirements for those with prior knowledge and work experience in HRD or T&D, and students awaiting A/L results are also welcome to apply. On completion, students are eligible to follow the National Diploma in Training and Human Talent Development.
Students learn to analyse, plan, develop and evaluate Training and Development (T&D) needs, to design high-impact training programmes and materials, and to create effective adult learning environments.
The course offers the flexibility and convenience that work-life balance and other commitments demand. Classes are conducted online and physically at the SLITAD Auditorium at Jana Jaya City, Rajagiriya. Learning happens as participants are placed in small teams engaging in exercises, discussions and case studies.
