Independent evaluation
To ensure the utmost integrity, the selection process is conducted by independent professionals who are not affiliated to the participating organisations. An independent judging committee decides on the recommendations of a people-management expert team, based on systematic on-site audits.
PDA Awareness
Learn the framework before you enter.
Ahead of each edition, SLITAD holds PDA Awareness sessions for organisations considering an entry: what the awards recognise, how the ten standards are assessed, how the on-site audit works, and how to apply. Sessions are open to HR and L&D leaders from any sector.
